For international orders, the shipping fee is only estimated. If there are any changes to the actual shipping fee, we will email you for your approval before your order is finalized.
Due to COVID-19, please bear with us for possible delivery delays.
Incomplete delivery addresses will result in delay in shipping; please input your complete address at your order checkout.
The courier will attempt to deliver your package two times. If delivery has failed twice, the client will shoulder additional costs for shipping.

For orders outside Metro Manila, you will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped out.
No, you may ask someone else to receive it for you. In case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, they may likewise pay for you.

You can return or exchange a book only if it was damaged or the wrong book. If this is the case, kindly take the following steps:
Take a photo of the book and its receipt.
Email us at omniana.team@gmail.com within 24 hours.
We will review your concern and facilitate the exchange of the book at no additional cost if it is indeed damaged or the wrong book. Please note that we reserve the right to deny return or exchange if it does not meet our requirements.
We will process any necessary refunds for returns within 14 business days.
Special instructions such as complimentary gift-wrapping or a note must be indicated in the 'add a note' section of your order checkout. Be sure to include the recipient's name for the package to be addressed to them, as well as their shipping information.

Viewing in person is rarely possible as the artwork are in various locations, but arrangements can be made for certain pieces. Get in touch with us at omniana.team@gmail.com if you’d like to arrange a viewing.
Orders within and outside Metro Manila may choose Paypal or Bank Deposit.

The shipping for the artwork will first be quoted and should be accepted by the client before we confirm the order.

Generally, we cannot combine works into a single shipment. This is due to the fact that many of the works on our online site ship from various locations, and are not stored in a single facility.
Yes. Because of the nature of the item, we require that you show an ID upon receipt of the item.

You can return an item only if it was damaged during shipping. If this is the case, kindly take the following steps:
Take a photo of the item and its receipt.
Return the artwork to the courier. Do not accept it.
Email us at omniana.team@gmail.com within 24 hours.
We will review your concern at the soonest. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund if it appears that the artwork was not damaged.
For approved refunds, we will process within 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Once you have accepted and signed for a delivery, returns are not allowed.
