  • What payment methods are available?

  • How does shipping work?
    METRO MANILA Free Shipping (1-3 business days) CALABARZON Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) – PHP 200 REST OF THE PHILIPPINES Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) – PHP 300 INTERNATIONAL: ASEAN Standard Shipping (7-15 business days) - PHP1,500 REST OF THE WORLD Standard Shipping (10-20 business days) - PHP3,000 For international orders, the shipping fee is only estimated. If there are any changes to the actual shipping fee, we will email you for your approval before your order is finalized. ​ Due to COVID-19, please bear with us for possible delivery delays. Incomplete delivery addresses will result in delay in shipping; please input your complete address at your order checkout. The courier will attempt to deliver your package two times. If delivery has failed twice, the client will shoulder additional costs for shipping.
  • Why is my shipping fee displaying P2,000 when I live in the Philippines?
    Shipping is free within Metro Manila, while outside Metro Manila ranges from P200-300. If your shipping fee is displaying "P2,000", kindly check your address (city/country) as it might be causing the error.
  • Do you have this specific title?
    You may use our search bar at the top of the page to check all available titles in our collection.
  • Do you accept book requests?
    You may send us a title through here and we will let you know if we've decided to stock it.
  • Can I track my order?
    We are currently working on this feature for orders within Metro Manila. In the meantime, we have specified the usual shipping time for your reference. For orders outside Metro Manila, you will receive a tracking number once your package is shipped out.
  • Do I have to receive the order personally?
    No, you may ask someone else to receive it for you. In case of Cash-on-Delivery orders, they may likewise pay for you.
  • What if I don’t receive the order in the usual shipping time?
    Please let us know at omniana.team@gmail.com and we’ll check the matter for you.
  • Can I return or exchange a book I just received?
    You can return or exchange a book only if it was damaged or the wrong book. If this is the case, kindly take the following steps: ​ Take a photo of the book and its receipt. Email us at omniana.team@gmail.com within 24 hours. ​ We will review your concern and facilitate the exchange of the book at no additional cost if it is indeed damaged or the wrong book. Please note that we reserve the right to deny return or exchange if it does not meet our requirements. ​ We will process any necessary refunds for returns within 14 business days.
  • Special instructions (gift-wrapping or note)
    Special instructions such as complimentary gift-wrapping or a note must be indicated in the 'add a note' section of your order checkout. Be sure to include the recipient's name for the package to be addressed to them, as well as their shipping information. You may select green wrapper with pecan ribbon, or gray wrapper with chutney ribbon for the gift-wrapping.
