Can I view the artwork in person prior to purchase?

Viewing in person is rarely possible as the artwork are in various locations, but arrangements can be made for certain pieces. Get in touch with us at omniana.team@gmail.com if you’d like to arrange a viewing.

Orders within and outside Metro Manila can choose Paypal or Bank Deposit.

  • Standard Shipping (7-15 business days) – PHP 500 (small artwork)

Can I track my order?

We are currently working on this feature. In the meantime, we have specified the usual shipping time for your reference.

I ordered multiple works. Will they all ship at the same time? Can I combine them all into one shipment to lower shipping costs?

Generally, we cannot combine works into a single shipment. This is due to the fact that many of the works on our online site ship from various locations, and are not stored in a single facility.

Do I have to receive the order personally? 

Yes. Because of the nature of the item, we require that you show an ID upon receipt of the item.

What if I don’t receive the order in the usual shipping time?

Please let us know at omniana.team@gmail.com and we’ll check the matter for you. 

Can I return or exchange an item I just received?

You can return an item only if it was damaged during shipping. If this is the case, kindly take the following steps:

  1. Take a photo of the item and its receipt.

  2. Return the artwork to the courier. Do not accept it.

  3. Email us at omniana.team@gmail.com within 24 hours.

We will review your concern at the soonest. Please note that we reserve the right to deny refund if it appears that the artwork was not damaged.


For approved refunds, we will process within 14 business days. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. Once you have accepted and signed for a delivery, returns are not allowed.
